I'm a physical therapist with 30 years of clinical experience, and I help midlife women better understand chronic tension, pain, and body overwhelm through a combination of movement, mindbody tools, and pain science.
My work sits at the intersection. of compassionate listening and clinical insight. I created this work because many women are doing their best to feel better, yet still feel confused, frustrated, or burdened by what's happening in their bodies.
